Notifications of acceptance of posters will be given by April 20th, 2015. The official language of the meeting is English.
Oral presentations
PhD students in psychology are invited to submit a short abstract of their work to be presented orally and discussed with a senior researcher. If accepted, the abstract will have to be resubmitted in an extended form in order to allow a more profound debate with the invited discussant.
Presented themes should belong to the field of social and organizational psychology. Works in areas such as groups, social cognition and intergroup relations, quality of social life (health, environment and community), psychophysiology of emotion and cognition, and organizational psychology, are particularly welcome. Nevertheless, the Scientific Committee is open to consider and evaluate presentations from other domains of psychological science.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
PhD students are invited to submit the work developed as part of their study program. Presentations may cover ideas to be developed within the thesis project and intended methodology, empirical findings, systematic literature reviews or meta-analyses conducted during the PhD studies.
Oral presentations will have the approximate duration of 15 minutes and will be followed by a discussion with a senior researcher. The discussants researchers will be invited by the Scientific Committee to discuss the presentations within their field of expertise.
The submission of both short and extended abstract is mandatory for oral presentations. The short abstract should be submitted online. The extended abstract should be sent by email to xiphdmeeting.dpso@iscte.pt.

In case of acceptance, authors will be notified by April 13th, 2015 and requested to provide an extended abstract, accordingly to the below guidelines, by April 24th, 2015.
Extended abstract (max. 3000-4000 words). The extended abstract will be handed over to the invited senior researcher in order to prepare and organize the discussion. It should comprise the following sections:

. Results
. Discussion/Conclusions
. Acknowledgments (optional)

MA students in psychology are invited to submit the research work developed as part of their MA studies. Presentations may cover theoretical and methodological ideas to be developed within the master project or empirical findings from the conducted research.
Submission of a short abstract is required for poster presentations. The short abstract must be submitted here.
