Instructions

Instructions for oral presenters:

  • Send your presentation beforehand (until May 21st) via e-mail;
  • Presentations will be 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes to answer questions from the audience;
  • Bring your presentation with you on a USB drive on the day of your presentation.

Instructions for posters:

  • Posters will be displayed throughout the whole day. In the program, you can find the timeslots, in which presenters are expected to be by their posters, so the public can approach and ask questions.;
  • Print A0, vertical.

Instructions for all presenters:

  • Check-in will be at *8h30* on the 23nd, and at *9h* on the 24th;
  • This is so we have time to hang your posters and confirm we will have your presentation.

Location

The event will be held at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Avenida das Forças Armadas, 1649-026 Lisboa, Portugal. Further details regarding auditoriums and rooms are available in the program.

Directions

By Car

  • Go up the avenue Av. das Forças Armadas (direction: Entre Campos - Sete Rios);
  • Enter the parking on your right, at about 100 meters from the entry of the avenue.

By Train

  • Get off the train at Entre Campos station, Avenida da República;
  • Walk about 250 meters to Rotunda de Entre Campos;
  • At the roundabout, turn left (Avenida das Forças Armadas) and go up about 150 meters in the direction of Sete Rios. The entry to Iscte is at your left.

By bus (Carris)

  • Take the bus 32, 54 or 55;
  • Get off at the bus stop located in the upper part of Avenida das Forças Armadas, face to the "little castle" of the Faculdade de Farmácia;
  • Walk down the avenue. The entry to Iscte is at about 50 meters, at your left.

By subway (Metro)

  • Get off at the Entre Campos station;
  • Walk about 150 meters to Rotunda de Entre Campos;
  • At the roundabout, turn left (Avenida das Forças Armadas) and go up about 150 meters in the direction of Sete Rios. The entry to Iscte is at your right.
